Since the billing cycle for Telus is between 25th of every month, and if you are travelling before 25th means that we maybe charged twice for the below costs.
There are 4 Tiers for Roaming. US only/Major Economies International Roaming Flex/International Roaming Flex - Rest of World A & International Roaming Flex - Rest of World B
(US Only)
Roaming Calls
There is a 1 time cost of $20 for unlimited calls between US & Canada( Covers both incoming & Outgoing calls)
Roaming Data
There is a $30 charge for every 500MB of cellular data. So we would recommend turning OFF cellular Data and only use WIFI if you would like to save on some money.
Obviously overage would be another $30 for the next 500MB, and it would keep going up the more cellular data you use.
Roaming Texts
There is 1 time cost of $2 for unlimited texts between US & Canada.
(Major Economies International Roaming Flex)
Roaming Calls
There is no 1 time cost. It's a pay per use plan. $0.40/minute.
Roaming Data
There is a $50 charge for every 300MB of cellular data. So we would recommend turning OFF cellular Data and only use WIFI if you would like to save on some money.
